There were three classes every day, and one class where students discussed current international events with a teacher was particularly interesting.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each student, including myself, gave a presentation this week, introducing local, national, or international controversial issues to other students. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For example, a woman from Mexico explained the problem of over-tourism in Barcelona, a man from Brazil talked about deforestation in his country, and a woman from Costa Rica mentioned shark finning. Similarly, students from Germany, Switzerland, Taiwan, Mexico, Brazil, Thailand, and Japan gave interesting presentations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thanks to the students from various countries, I enjoyed topics that most Japanese people are not aware of.
