The program I applied to is called the Co-op program, where students learn specific skills and then must get a job relevant to their area of study.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One of my biggest motivations for coming to Canada was to join the Co-op program because it is unique to the country. When planning my destination, I decided I wanted to study not only English but also other skills relevant to business. Learning these skills will probably help me get a job in the future, keep me interested, and prevent me from getting bored with just learning English.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Within the program, there are several areas of study, such as data analytics, which I am taking, and digital marketing. For the first month, I\u2019m studying with about 50 students who are taking the data analytics course and other areas of study. We attended an orientation today, where I learned that most students have work experience in their home countries.
