On Wednesday, August 28th, 2024, I got up at 7:10 a.m. PST and left my house at 7:50 a.m. to go to my college.<\/span><\/p>\n

After classes, I visited Jericho Beach Park to join a party for a Japanese archery club. Before it started, I was really nervous, as I\u2019m not familiar with parties held outdoors.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Not knowing what to bring to the party, I bought a frisbee at a store downtown. Thankfully, one of the club member’s children was interested in playing frisbee, so I enjoyed playing with him. Besides frisbee, club members, a friend of one of the members, their kids, and I played volleyball on the beach at the park.<\/span><\/p>\n

Not only were these sports enjoyable, but also the conversations with club members and their friends. Through this experience, I noticed that I prefer parties that offer several kinds of activities to those that focus on drinking and eating.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
