I had responded to the survey provided by the educational organization, evaluating my teacher negatively, so the manager cared about why I rated it that way.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I shared my opinion with him about the issues the teacher had. Additionally, the manager asked how the teacher could improve, and I shared my thoughts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the one-hour meeting, the manager and I chatted about topics unrelated to the teacher. Mostly, we talked about Japan because he was also familiar with the country. He probably wanted me to calm down so that I could speak honestly.
