I had been worried about needing to prepare a suit, but fortunately, I didn\u2019t have to wear one.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The interviewer and I spoke in Japanese, and he focused mainly on asking about my skills rather than my personality. I found his character unique, so it was a good opportunity to learn more about the company.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not wanting to waste the experience, I asked him several questions about the company. Since I\u2019m not very familiar with the company or the field it operates in, I was curious about various aspects, such as why this Japanese company has an office here.
