Since I neither work nor attend college, it&#8217;s easy for my daily rhythm to become irregular.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When I lived in my previous home, I often cooked or took a shower late at night without hesitation. This was because my housemate always came home at midnight and made noise.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In contrast, I\u2019m more cautious about doing things at night in my current home. My host mother regularly goes to bed around 10:00 p.m., so I need to use the kitchen quietly to avoid waking her up.
