On Sunday, June 22nd, 2025, I got up around 11:00 a.m. and had lunch with my friends at a restaurant in Yokohama.<\/span><\/p>\n

After having an enjoyable conversation with them, I visited Denenchofu Seseragi Park in Tokyo, which is located just in front of Tamagawa Station on the Tokyu Toyoko Line. The park was bustling, probably because it was a sunny weekend. In particular, the building housing a rest area and a restaurant, designed by Kengo Kuma and Associates, attracted many visitors. Some visitors were relaxing in the outdoor spaces along the windows of the building, which resemble Japanese <\/span>engawa<\/span><\/i> verandas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Although it was my first time visiting the park, I had always been curious about it because I could see its trees from the train whenever I passed through Tamagawa Station.<\/span><\/p>\n

Since the park is situated in a hilly area, with the forest extending from a lower to a higher elevation, it looks like a wall of trees when viewed from the station. Many tall trees, such as sudajii<\/em> and camphor trees, grow there, and their dense foliage makes the forest appear thick and lush.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
