On Monday, August 25th, 2025, I got up at 11:00 a.m. PDT and practiced Japanese archery in the evening.<\/span><\/p>\n

I tried to cook pho, a Vietnamese noodle soup, for the first time, as I’m getting slightly tired of my regular meals, such as udon, fried rice, and stew.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The ingredients I prepared for the pho were rice noodles, broth, and meatballs. I bought all of them at T&T Supermarket. From what I’ve experienced eating pho at Vietnamese restaurants in Vancouver, meatballs are commonly added to the soup, and their taste and texture are unique.<\/span><\/p>\n

Using these three ingredients, I made a simple pho. The broth has a distinctive flavor, so it\u2019s nice to have it once in a while. I love the texture of the noodles and would like to use them in other kinds of soup.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
