On Thursday, August 28th, 2025, I got up at 10:00 a.m. PDT and visited Falaise Park, located near Rupert Station, in the afternoon.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The park covers a large area and has two baseball fields. When I was walking around, there were only a few people there, so anyone could play whatever they wanted. In fact, a child was practicing hitting a baseball with the help of an adult man, who was likely his father.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I wish I had a huge and less crowded place like Falaise Park near my hometown in Japan. It is because urban parks in Japan are usually full of people, and it is so difficult for local people to play baseball, especially hit a ball using a baseball bat, at a large open space unless they book a baseball field in advance.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In the park, one tree stood out because parts of it had turned red, while most other plants were green. That tree might have been a tree of heaven, and the red parts were its fruits, which looked as showy as the flowers of other species.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
