On Monday, September 22nd, 2025, I went to bed around 9:00 a.m. PDT and got up at 3:00 p.m. <\/span>In the evening, I went for a walk around the VCC\u2013Clark Station area. It was nice to see the trees in the parks starting to turn red.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

One interesting thing I came across at China Creek North Park was a piece of outdoor fitness equipment: a bar with two sets of ropes, each consisting of two ropes. It\u2019s designed so that users can grip the ropes with their hands or feet and move their bodies up and down. There\u2019s also a sign showing several exercises you can do with the equipment, along with illustrations of which muscles each exercise targets. I\u2019d never encountered outdoor fitness equipment that was so thoughtfully designed for users before.<\/p>\n

Besides that, the park offers a large grassy field and a long jogging trail for the local community. When I visited, these public spaces were clearly well-used \u2014 I saw people practicing rugby on the field, running on the trail, and using the fitness equipment.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
