On Monday, October 20th, 2025, I got up around 11:00 a.m. PDT and practiced Japanese archery in the evening.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the afternoon, I got off at Rupert Station on the Millennium Line and visited a park near the station.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The park is located on a hill and serves as a vantage point overlooking the eastern side of the neighborhood. It seems to offer a clear view of the sunrise, as its name, Sunrise Park, suggests.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

What I saw from there today was a cluster of tall condominiums near two Millennium Line stations\u2014Brentwood Town Centre Station and Gilmore Station. I could also see detached houses covering a hill on the north side of the railway. In my opinion, the combination of high-rise condominiums in front of the stations and countless small houses on the hillside is an iconic feature of the Metro Vancouver landscape.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
