On Tuesday, November 25th, 2025, I got up around 8:00 a.m. PST and practiced ice skating around noon.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the evening, I visited a curling facility to enjoy playing the sport. It was my first time playing since the beginning of this month.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Although I usually practice with novices in a game format, I didn\u2019t do that today for a minor reason. Instead, some kind people let me join their practice. They seemed to be experienced players, and one of them said he had been playing for ten years.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

As a result, spending time with them was very meaningful. They gave me feedback after I threw the rocks and shared a tip on how to adjust the weight of my throws. While it is important to practice with players at the same level as me, who are novices, I can also learn a lot from practicing with higher-level players.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
