2025年5月31日（土）、午前9時に起きた。午前10時半ごろ、父と一緒に家を出て、安曇野を散歩した。
訪れた場所は、国営アルプスあづみの公園。2004年に開園した巨大な公園で、総面積353ヘクタールを誇る。国営昭和記念公園のおよそ2倍の広さにあたる。
今日の園内はさほど混雑しておらず、私は心地よく散策できた。ディスクゴルフのコース、園内を流れる烏川、鯉のぼりが吊るされた区画など、興味をひかれる場所がいくつもあった。
園内の一角からは、安曇野の景色が一望できる。水を張った田んぼに、趣のある住宅。それらの隙間を埋めるように、針葉樹の木々が点在する。いかにも日本の田舎、といった風景だ。
On Saturday, May 31st, 2025, I got up at 9:00 a.m. and left home with my father around 10:30 a.m. to explore Azumino, Nagano.
One of the places we visited was Alps Azumino National Government Park. This paid park has a total area of 353 hectares, which is about 50 hectares smaller than Stanley Park in Vancouver.
Even though it was a Saturday, the park wasn’t very crowded, and it was comfortable to explore. I found several things interesting, such as a disc golf course, a river running through the park, and an area where koinobori—carp-shaped streamers—were on display.
The park is located on the outskirts of Azumino and offers a majestic view. From there, you can see rice paddies, houses with traditional exteriors, and clusters of conifer trees scattered throughout the town. I believed that it’s one of the typical rural landscapes in Japan.
