現地時間2024年5月21日（火）、午前10時半に起きた。語学学校では新入生向けのオリエンテーションをしており、私の今日の授業はなし。外は肌寒かったし、雨が降っていたので、外出はしなかった。
家にいる間、アマゾンプライムでドラマを見ていた。最近、英語学習がてら海外ドラマを見始めた。
動画配信サイトのなかで、アマゾンプライムよりもディズニープラスの方に私は興味がある。今流行りのドラマ「SHOGUN 将軍」を配信しているからだ。
バンクーバーの知り合いがこのドラマに出演していると言っていた。それがきっかけで、私はこのドラマを見たいと思った。だがディズニープラスに登録できず、見るのを諦めた。
なぜ登録できなかったのか、はっきりとした理由は分からない。カナダでつくったクレジットカードを持っていないことが、関係しているかもしれない。
On Tuesday May 21st 2024, I woke up at 10:30 a.m. PDT. There were no classes today, because my language school did an orientation for new students. I didn’t go outside due to rainy and chilly weather.
Staying at my house, I funned drama by Amazon Prime. I recently started watching it for fun instead of learning more English.
There are a lot of online video-sharing platforms, and Disney Plus is more interesting than Amazon Prime for me. That is because we can enjoy Shogun, which is one of the most popular videos in 2024 in North America, by Disney Plus.
My acquaintance said that he appears in the video, so I was curious about it. However, I couldn’t register for the platform and gave up watching it. A reason for this happening was unsure, it might be related to the fact that I didn’t have credit cards registered in Canada.
