2025年5月1日（木）、午前6時半ごろに起きた。13時ごろに家を出て、横浜に向かった。
横浜駅近くのビルで、試験を受けた。ドローンに関する資格を取るための学科試験だ。運転免許の取得プロセスと同じで、実技試験と学科試験の両方に合格する必要がある。
学科試験の勉強は、先週から始めた。ドローンを支えている技術や、ドローンを巡る法律などについて学んだ。ただし、昨日と今朝は体調が悪くて勉強できなかった。
そんななか、今日の試験を迎えた。試験終了直後に結果がパソコンに表示される。結果は合格。試験料である8800円をもう払わなくて済むのが、何よりも嬉しかった。
On Thursday, May 1st, 2025, I got up at 6:30 a.m. and left home around 1:00 p.m. to head to a building in Yokohama.
I went there to take the written test required to obtain a drone-related qualification. Just like with a driver’s license in Japan, both a practical and a written exam are necessary to earn the certification.
Since last week, I had been studying topics such as drone-related laws and technology. However, I wasn’t able to study either yesterday or this morning because I was feeling under the weather.
In the end, I passed the test today, which means I got over approximately 80% of the 50 questions right. What made me happiest was that I no longer have to pay the exam fee of 8,800 yen.
