現地時間2024年12月18日（水）、午前7時半ごろに起きた。朝、専門学校へ向かった。
以前から述べているように、私たち生徒はグループワークに取り組んでいる。先生が用意したデータを分析する課題だ。各グループは明日、それぞれの分析結果を発表する。
私は授業後、あるクラスメイトと雑談をした。その友人は、私と別のグループで課題を進めている。グループ内の別のクラスメイトとそりが合わないらしく、愚痴をこぼしていた。両者の性格を知っている私としては、なぜそりが合わないのか容易に理解できた。
その点、私自身は協力しやすいグループメンバーに恵まれた。各メンバーが役割を理解し、一定の技術力を持っている。各自の文化的背景や勤勉さなども、作業の進捗に影響している気がする。
On Tuesday, December 18th, 2024, I got up around 7:30 a.m. PST and left home in the morning for college.
As I mentioned before, my classmates and I have been working on a group project in which we need to analyze data prepared by the teacher. Each group will give their presentation tomorrow.
After class, I talked with a classmate and listened to his complaint. According to him, he didn’t get along with another student he was collaborating with, which made preparing the presentation frustrating for him. Knowing both of their personalities, I could understand why they had trouble working together.
Regarding this matter, I feel lucky to have group members who are easy to work with. Various factors contribute to our effective teamwork, such as understanding each member’s role, technical skills, cultural background, diligence, and more.
