今日もテレビでアイスホッケーの試合を観た。対戦カードは、コロラド・アバランチ対ミネソタ・ワイルドの一戦。両チームのプレーが非常に速く、観るのが楽しい試合だった。結果は5-2でアバランチの勝利。ワイルドも強さを見せていたが、アバランチが第2ピリオドに逆転した。
アバランチの全5ゴールのうち、特に印象的だったのは2点目のゴールだ。Oliver Kylington選手が鋭いロングパスをJonathan Drouin選手に送り、得点が生まれた。私にとっては、これほど長い距離のアシストを見たのはこれが初めてで、Oliver選手の視野の広さに驚いた。
アバランチは3年前にスタンレーカップを制している。今シーズン、彼らが強さを見せているのは、不思議ではない。
On Friday, February 28, 2025, I got up at 2:30 p.m. PST and stayed home all day.
The ice hockey game I watched today was between the Colorado Avalanche and the Minnesota Wild. The pace of play from both teams was incredibly fast, which made the game exciting. Although the Wild seemed strong, the Avalanche won 5-2.
Among the Avalanche’s five goals, the second one was particularly impressive. In that play, Oliver Kylington delivered a sharp long pass to Jonathan Drouin, who ended up scoring. It was my first time seeing such a long assist, so I was surprised by Oliver’s wide vision. He is from Sweden.
The Avalanche won the Stanley Cup just three years ago. No wonder they are still a competitive team this season.
