2025年3月28日（金）、午前8時ごろに起きた。午後、散歩に出た。
横浜市内の大倉山公園を訪れた。梅林で有名な公園だ。今日は梅の花を見ることはできなかったものの、ほかの植物の花を眺めることができた。
特に目をひいたのはコブシ。日本の春を代表する花の1つだ。大きな白い花びらが優雅に垂れ、ひらひらと散っている花びらもあった。
アオキの花も咲いていた。コブシの花と比べると、小さく地味な花だ。葉をよく見ると、黄色い斑点があるものとないもの、2種類あることに気が付いた。
On Friday, March 28th, 2025, I got up around 8:00 a.m. and left home in the afternoon for a walk.
I visited Okurayama Park in Yokohama, which is famous for its plum garden. Although the plums were not blooming today, I saw flowers of other plant species.
The flower that caught my eye was Magnolia kobus, one of the most typical spring flowers in Japan. Its large white petals hung elegantly, and some had begun to fall.
Aucuba japonica was also in bloom, though its flowers were tiny and plain. Looking at its leaves, I noticed that there were two types: green leaves with yellow spots and those without.
