2025年4月15日（火）、午前10時半に起きた。一日中外出しなかった。
日本に帰国してから、体調があまりよくない。主な原因は花粉症だ。深刻な症状ではないが、鼻水や目の違和感、喉の痛みといった症状がある。
横浜に住んでいる間だけでなく、今月に関西地方を旅行していた際も症状が出た。ホテルで鼻をかみ、大量にティッシュを使ったことを覚えている。
一方、花粉症を感じなかったこともある。屋久島やバンクーバーに住んでいた時期だ。バンクーバーに戻った際は友人たちに、花粉症をもっているのか聞いてみたい。
On Tuesday, April 15th, 2025, I got up at 10:30 a.m. and stayed in all day.
Since I returned to Japan, my physical condition hasn’t been very good, mainly due to hay fever. Although I don’t consider myself a severe case, I’ve been dealing with a runny nose, itchy eyes, and a sore throat.
Not only while I stay in Yokohama, but also during my trip to the Kansai region this month, I felt unwell. I went through a lot of tissues blowing my nose throughout the trip.
In contrast, when I was living on Yakushima Island or in Vancouver, I never experienced hay fever. I’d like to ask my friends in Vancouver if they suffer from it.
