現地時間2025年7月1日（火）、午前9時半に起きた。午後、買い物をした。
深夜1時ごろ、吐き気を感じた。ここ2日ほどはあまり腹痛がなかったけれど、先週苦しんでいた腹痛が再び現れた。
結果、2回吐いた。その後、エネルギーを補うため、うどんをなんとか食べたら、朝には少し体調が良くなっていた。
話は変わって、今日はカナダデーという国民の祝日だ。ニューヨーク・ヤンキースとトロントで試合をした、トロント・ブルージェイズはカナダデー仕様の赤いユニフォームを着ていた。
On Tuesday, July 1st, 2025, I got up around 9:30 a.m. PDT and went shopping in the afternoon.
Around 1:00 a.m. at midnight, I was having an extremely rough time because of nausea. My stomachache hadn’t occurred much over the past two days, but it came back again, just like last week.
As a result, I threw up twice. After I managed to eat some udon to regain my energy, I started feeling better this morning.
A baseball game between the New York Yankees and the Toronto Blue Jays was broadcast, and I watched part of it. The Jays wore unusual red jerseys to celebrate Canada Day, which is a national holiday in this country.
