2025年11月13日（木）、午前7時半ごろに起きた。午後、横浜にある屋内スキー施設を訪れた。
私はこれまでスキーをほとんどしたことがない。だが最近、ほんの少し興味を持つようになった。というのも、この冬カナダでスキーをする可能性があるからだ。具体的な予定はまったくないが。
基礎を学ぶため、初心者向けのレッスンを受けた。1時間のマンツーマンレッスンを受けた後、30分ほど1人で滑る時間があった。
年配の男性講師が、ボーゲン姿勢での滑り方を教えてくれた。教えてもらったことは、だいたいできるようになった。
On Thursday, November 13th, 2025, I got up around 7:30 a.m. and visited an indoor ski facility in Yokohama in the afternoon.
Although I had almost no experience skiing before, I’ve recently become quite interested in it, as I might go skiing in Canada this winter—though I don’t have any concrete plans yet.
To learn the basics of the sport, I took a beginner’s lesson at the facility. After renting all the ski gear, I had a one-on-one lesson for an hour and then skied on my own for another half hour.
The elderly male instructor taught me fundamental knowledge and skills, including how to ski downhill and make turns in a snowplough position, which I nearly got the hang of today. The lesson was satisfying and reasonably priced.
